When has Kyle shanahan had any problems or screwed up and organization in his career. I'm sorry but your opinion seems bias
since he's been an OC he's always had a top 10 offense & he's a great play caller. Josh was just dumb trading Marshall drafting tebow trading cutler because he wanted cassel |

Good playcaller but doesn't have anything about him that says he is a HC.

Acted like a baby when he had Donovan McNabb forced on him, his offenses are only top 10 when Gary Kubiak is the one calling the plays, he had a coaching job handed to him by his dad, and he just exhibited his crying 2 weeks ago with the replacement ref. He has no business being an NFL coach. Just stop.

The HC won't be nearly as important as the staff he surrounds himself with. Without any thought, give me:
HC: Keith Butler
DC: Kevin Greene
OC: Gus Mahlzan
LB: Keith Bulluck
DB: Derek Dooley
WR: THE RAGONE

If we get a new head coach, I just hope he has some passion for the game. I'm tired of watching Munchak with the same emotionless look on his face during every play, whether we get a 50+ yard touchdown or give up a 50+ yard touchdown, its the same look. I want to see a coach spitting in a players face because he is yelling at him for making a dumb mistake. I want to see a coach that gets hyped up whenever a big play happens.
