If by some act of god we win the Super Bowl this year, I'm done with sports. There would be no topping that feeling, no matter how long I live. I'd dedicate my free time to writing erotic literature.

Honestly, the QB rule needs to not exist. Ingram did not cause the interception, Brees did. Ingram hit Brees when the ball was already gone. How the heck is that something negating an Interception? A penalty sure, like 15 yards from the spot of the interception.... but not no freaking turnover.

A penalty during the play NEGATES the play.

So THAT explains why if you get a roughing the passer call, its tacked on to the end of the reception.... Rolling Eyes

Blaming the refs for a loss is weak. Always has been, always will be. The only team that even maybe has a legit reason to blame them for a loss is the Packers. The Saints beat the Chargers, it's that simple, you can't allow a QB to throw for 4 TDs and expect a win.

I'm logging off for the night, the better team won the game and I'm not going to lose a wink of sleep wondering about that.
. i agree bout refs but the better team lost not won

Better team won, Saints made plays when they needed them, the Chargers didn't.
sorry chargers made dumb mistakes they are easily the better team the worse team wins occasionally when betta team shoots themselves in da leg

Chargers were screwed tonight, but you say that after every loss and have for years.

And no, they were not CLEARLY better.

The helmet to helmet was a justifiable call.
If there was contact it would be.

It was still a late hit, there's really no disputing that.
Same time-frame that Clay Mathews hit Russell Wilson. No Helmet to Helmet. It was a game changing call. Like everyone said, 2 weeks ago. It only mattered because it happened to the Packers. And that call was far better than anything that went on tonight.

Norv Turner is 48-68-1 in one possession games, 2nd worst record by head coach in nfl history

If Brees were 6'4 instead of 6'-6'1, wouldn't have been a penalty. Mad

This game did remind why I hate Roman Harper.

Gates burnt his *** on that long completion. and then he flops like soccer player.

I loled when they showed that stat. Norv is such a troll Laughing Not sure why he hasn't been fired considering how talented those SD teams were. I'll never understand why they fired Marty.

Gaither is a selfish dude. He has to take himself out of the game. 53 guys prepare for 7 days for this game. There is a difference between trying to "gut it out" and being an idiot.

Granted, Gaither is under a ton of pressure.

Acee put out an article a while back about how his teammates ere beginning to question his commitment and toughness due to his back injury.
