I know the Cowboy's offensive line has struggled at times this year, but how has Tyron Smith looked? Has he regressed or is he the strength of the line?

I know he's had some issues, but that's to be expected while making the transition to the left side. I wouldn't say he's been the worst player on the line, and I expect as the season goes along and he becomes more comfortable we'll see better play from him.

Smith, who is only 21 years old, had never played LT before this season. He was a RT in college and his rookie year. Growing pains were to be expected. Other than the false start penalties, which were largely because of our C having issues with the cadence, Smith has looked pretty good at LT. He hasn't been perfect, but he has been pretty good. He will continue to progress and I see him being an elite LT for years to come.

Seriously? Its a joke.

Smith has looked solid to me. Not spectacular, but a bright spot for sure. I think HT nailed it on the head.

He's probably second to Livings on pure performance. If you give him a curve because left tackle is the hardest position on the O-line, then you could argue he's been the best.

Only by default, though. He's had some problems, although not as many since Week 1. Best pro-Smith argument is probably, "At least he's not Free"
