| I know the Cowboy's offensive line has struggled at times this year, but how has Tyron Smith looked? Has he regressed or is he the strength of the line? |

I know he's had some issues, but that's to be expected while making the transition to the left side. I wouldn't say he's been the worst player on the line, and I expect as the season goes along and he becomes more comfortable we'll see better play from him. _________________

Smith, who is only 21 years old, had never played LT before this season. He was a RT in college and his rookie year. Growing pains were to be expected. Other than the false start penalties, which were largely because of our C having issues with the cadence, Smith has looked pretty good at LT. He hasn't been perfect, but he has been pretty good. He will continue to progress and I see him being an elite LT for years to come. _________________

Seriously? Its a joke.
Smith has looked solid to me. Not spectacular, but a bright spot for sure. I think HT nailed it on the head. _________________

He's probably second to Livings on pure performance. If you give him a curve because left tackle is the hardest position on the O-line, then you could argue he's been the best.
Only by default, though. He's had some problems, although not as many since Week 1. Best pro-Smith argument is probably, "At least he's not Free" _________________
