"Like" post button

Was wondering if we'd be able to get a like button for peoples posts. A lot of people share good opinions on these forums and it would be good to give good posts a simple like as opposed to having to write an arbitrary response like "I agree!".

A like button takes away from the discussion and reduces the amount of quality responses to posts. It's a lot easier to just click like then to add you own thoughts to something, atleast that's what I think.

I don't think this would turn out too well. Every post would just be an attempt to make a satirical comment and gain likes. Something like this would take away from quality football discussions.

Not only are the two previous reponses good ones but I also believe that a "like button" isn't supported on this format

An alternative is to click the PM button and tell the poster that you liked his post.
