Corey Peters is back. He was activated and everything I've heard said he had full slates of practice all week and will be playing barring a last minute set back. He likely will see 15-20 snaps. _________________

Hopefully Peters comes back to full form and shows the coaching staff how important it is too have run stuffing tackles. Or in our case run stuffing tackle. _________________ XBL GT: L JGOLD L |

This game is looking up for us now. Gotta admit Im scared but having Peters gives me a little piece of mind. Those 15-20 snaps will help out our defense in two ways. We have our starting DT back and he can continue the play that made us the #6 rush D in the league last year. Also by im getting some reps Babs, Peria, and Vance can get a bit more rest than they have been getting in recent weeks. Oh Lets Do It!!! |

the issue is more that we don't have anyone but Peters who can legitimately play the 1-tech. Travian Robertson is solid, but he's not ready yet. Jerry obviously can't do it. _________________

Exactly. I don't see him getting as many snaps as you thought but 10 seems realistic. I hope he's ready to play 15-20 and if he did I would be ecstatic. He should be a big boost to our run defense. _________________

Peters played well. I definitely notice a difference with him in the lineup. Lets hope he stays healthy for the rest of the year! _________________ Adopt a Falcon: Julio Quintorris Lopez Jones

I noticed Babs played very well. Think Peters had anything to do with that? _________________

Ehh. I think Babs always plays well. You could see our run defense was much better.
And to further prove the point I have noticed in our defense user are getting the best 11 players on the field but also staying fresh. I saw a few 3 DT sets on early downs and a few dime packages. _________________

Having a reliable run defender sure helps Babs. Gives him more leeway in terms of pass rushing. _________________ XBL GT: L JGOLD L |

He played 20 snaps against the Eagles. That's definitely good news. _________________ XBL GT: L JGOLD L |

expect his load to increase this week to around 30-35 snaps. he's healthier and the cowboys run game needs to be shut down. _________________

Wait...we have a running game?
All kidding aside, our run game is non-existent without Demarco Murray in the game. Its still unclear if he will play this weekend. _________________
