I have to agree. We ran the ball. We stopped the run. We threw the ball. We gave up a couple long passes, but for the most part, we played well against the pass.

Easily best balanced game we've played all season imo. Passed and ran well. DLine played well for the most part.

I don't think we ran as well as you guys seem to think. Minus Turner's big carry we averaged like 2-2.5 ypc. That's not great. Easily the best offensive and defensive combo all year. We need to finish those long drives off with TDs in the future, but still solid showing really by both teams.

Valid point. But we were able to run the ball when we needed too for once and this was the first time that both Julio and Roddy were nightmares for the opposing team. Usually, we only get one going and the other takes a back seat. If we can get that going, more holes will be there for Turner. Konz looks pretty darn good and I wish he would have been able to start earlier this season as that would have helped his progression. These dump off's to Quizz are so needed! Thank goodness that has been installed in our Offense.
And shout out to the defense. Corey Peters has allowed Babs to do his thing. And Dent played pretty well in place of Spoon. CB play was good as well and Dunta had a cheap PI called on him. But my goodness Ray Edwards is terrible!! We have got to draft a legit DE.

Sure you can say take away the run and our average was poor. But, the run happened. And I will take Turner in this game over Turner in almost all of our other game this season.

Right but say he actually ran for 4-5 yards a carry instead of 2 and 1 big run. I think we would have scored at least 10 more points.
