Yes, we need an OLB too, but Shayne Skov is a pure ILB. We don't need that we just drafted Wagner. |
Meh, I don't think Terrance Williams is an upgrade on what you have. Skov isn't a pure ILB - he played Will at Stanford before they switched to 3-4 and is an excellent edge-rusher. |
We need somebody like Terrance Williams though. We have Sidney Rice, but we need a bigger body across from him. I don't think that Golden Tate will be a consistent #2 receiver and Doug Baldwin is a slot receiver. Williams has #1 talent, nobody else on our roster bar Sidney Rice does.
Could Skov play SAM? _________________

Okay, I'm not convinced Terrance Williams is a legit number 1 receiver yet - but if you think he's an upgrade, then fair enough.
Skov was injured for most of last year - but had 7.5 sacks and 10 tackles for a loss the previous season at Stanford playing all linebacker positions in their 3-4. He has no trouble blitzing, taking on and shedding blockers - so I would say he could play the position comfortably. _________________

this is the 2nd mock that I see Manti Te'o getting drafted 1 pick before the Vikings pick...
me=heartbroken...
But I love the Justin Hunter pick. (I'd like Te'o better though. _________________

As long as the Bengals are picking before you, you have little to no chance at Te'o. Sorry. |

Sam Montgomery, Arthur Brown and Bacarri Rambo would be best for the Lions. _________________ Kate Upton for sexy President!!!

Montgomery would be a decent pick for the Ravens. I'm not terribly high on him and I think he's overrated but at that point in the first round you're not getting a flawless pass-rusher.
I really dislike the Johnson pick. He seems like the epitome of average and doesn't make a big impact on the game. The 2nd round is too high for an ILB like that and I really hope the Ravens stay away from him.
The same goes for Motta. He's not the play-maker that you want at FS, especially when the guy playing across from him is Bernard Pollard. Don't get me wrong I like Pollard but you need a true center-fielder type of FS next to him and I don't think Motta fits the bill.
You had the right idea positionally (although there are bigger needs along the DL, WR, and possibly LG than at FS) but I don't like the players you have slotted to the Ravens in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. It might be just a personal preference but I don't think those guys would do anything to improve Baltimore's defense. |

Not bad but I really think Montgomery will be the better pro and just don't care for Mingo as much. Think Monty would be a great SOLB to replace Spencer opposite of Ware _________________

If the Vikings are going to go WR, ILB, and OG with their first 3 picks, I'd much rather go with:
1st - Chance Warmack OG
2nd - Arthur Brown MLB
3rd - Da'Rick Rogers WR |
