You are correct on the latter, but not the former. Cueto falls between them with a 5.8 WAR (.2 more than Dickey). |
Odd. I was remembering the differnce between the 2 in pitching WAR but the placement in total WAR (Dickey is a better hitter than Cueto).

All three are good fielders. Cueto had a DRS of 8, while Dickey and Kershaw each had a DRS of 6. Gio Gonzalez was at -1.

Trout is clearly #1.
And you could even make a strong argument for Cano over Cabrera as well. Truth is no one belongs anywhere near Trout on the ballot. It should just read #1-Trout, #2-N/A, #3-Cano/Cabrera |
Yup, Cabrera winning would just be disgusting. Cannot wait for the new generation of baseball once all these closed minded geezers get out of power.
