He did. Was energetic and made some good plays. This year however his knees were all banged up and missed the season until acouple weeks ago. Came back and played 15 snaps in the first game, and like 3 last game. Made some stupid plays that ultimately lead to his demise. _________________ First jersey purchased: Jamarcus Russell.

The prospect who couldn't possibly bust, is a massive bust. Why I love getting bits from Kiper and McShay.

I know right! anytime they were asked about him that was always the first thing they would say
hes pretty quick from what I remember but I feel like a team like the Jets are going to bring him in next training camp and give him a look _________________

"He's not going to be a bust, " ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. said. "He's going to give you everything he has. He's got great character. He's got versatility. He can cover. He can rush the passer. Aaron Curry would probably fall into that category as the safest guy. Maybe not a boom, but certainly not a bust."

This is why the NFL Draft is nothing more than a crap shoot. Some teams just get luckier than others. _________________

While I agree with you, I don't think there are many of us who watched the guy and disagreed. There was so much about him that looked as if it would be such a disruptive force at the next level. The pass rushing acumen was not there, but the sideline-to-sideline pursuit, the ability to diagnose a play and find a lane to attack, coverage skills in space and in man coverage...from what we saw prior to the draft and his pro career, the "proof" was there.
I know I was hoping that the Texans would move up to get him vs Brian Cushing... _________________

I was sure he was going to be a stud. He was my second favorite in that class.
Seriously, who didn't bust in that class? _________________

How trashed are his knees (is it both?).
I'd be interested in the Chiefs taking a look to upgrade Belcher. When healthy if possible, can he play 3 downs or is he limited? I haven't followed him much. _________________ In Andy We Trust!

I didn't see much of him before he was drafted but he's one of those players you probably wouldn't realise would struggle unless you interviewed him to try find out what his football IQ is like. He might have looked good in that department on tape though, Idk. The has the physical tools but he's such a dumb footballer, amazingly so. Think he'll still find a team if he knees check out. _________________

Wonder if the Hawks still get the 5th rounder in the upcoming draft. Maybe grab another Sherman/Chancellor.
