We have to keep Norv, no one knows how to call plays but him. 
I hope the defensive staff aside from Meeks is retained, they've been fantastic.

AJ brought a huge amount of talent here aside from that trade, and his recent picks have been contributing a ton. Over the past few years he's brought Butler, Liuget, Reyes, Ingram, Thomas. But he was likely to leave soon anyway, the fans are POed, the Oline hasn't been addressed as it needed to be (although not entirely his fault aside from keeping Clary and no backup plan at LT) and so it made sense.

A.J Smith has been a bad GM
His ego has ruined the team(fire Marty after a 14-2 season) and he lost several good players because of his ego(sproles,Jackson,etc)

No, that's not true. Marty lost two coordinators and wanted to hire his godawful brother Kurt. He also didn't get along with management overall, it wasn't just Smith.
He lost neither of those players because of ego. Sproles declined to return. Jackson had too many issues with us to warrant the type of contract he was going to get.
