Why does it seem like so many team shave multiple true wide receivers with legitimate athleticism, while the Pats have none??
Bengals
-A.J. Green, Mo Sanu, Andrew Hawkins, Marvin Jones
Giants
-Hakeem Nicks, Victor Cruz, Ramses Barden, Rueban randle
Titans
-Kenny Britt, Nate Washington, Kendall Wright, Damian Williams
Raiders
-Denarious Moore, Darius Heyward Bey, Rod Streeter
Packers
-Greg Jennings, James Jones, Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson, Donald Driver
Redskins
-Pierrce Garcon, Santana Moss, Josh Morgan, Leonard Hankerson, Aldrick Robinson
Bears
-Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffrey, Earl Bennett, Devin Hester
Cardinals
-Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Roberts, Michael Floyd, Early Doucet
Browns
-Josh Gordon, Greg Little, Mo Massaquai
Eagles
-Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant
Colts
-Donnie Avery, T.Y. Hilton, Donna Brazile, Reggie Wayne
Texans
-Andre Johnson, Keyshawn Martin, Lester Jean
Chargers
-Denario Alexander, Malcolm Floyd, Robert Meachem
Seahawks
-Sidney Rice, Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin
Jaguars
-Cecil Shorts, Justin Blackmon, Lauren Robinson
Bills
-Stevie Johnson, Donald Jones
Ravens
-Torrey Smith, Anquan Boldin, Tommy Streeter
Steelers
-Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, Emanuel Sanders
Saints
-Marques Colston, Lance Moore, Devery Henderson,
49ers
-Mario Manningham, Randy Moss, Michael Crabtree
It is kind of ridiculous that we have nobody to show for the past several drafts at the receiver position, while so many of these guys were drafted in the 2nd round or later. Anyone from the Colts, Titans, Steelers, Redskins, Packers, Raiders, etc would make our offense so much more difficult to defend.
Guys like Rueban Randle, Marvin Jones, Torrey Smith, T.Y. Hilton, Alshon Jeffrey would light it up here...and we pass on them. If we lose in the playoffs AGAIN because the safeties play up, and we cant go vertical....NBT might lose it. _________________

| Why are three out of four posts you offer about satisfying your wide receiver fetish? |

im pretty sure all those teams would trade to have gronkowski and/or hernandez
not to mention wes welker, despite not being the ultimate athletic machine, has been more consistent that most of the receivers you list.
im happy with our "receiving" corp
could it better? well yea, but if B.Lloyd starts to play well then i think we're set |

If something happens to Brady, it wouldn't matter who the receivers were. There's no way the Pats D can compensate for a noticeable drop in offense. |

C'mon man, you have to admit that if the Pats had Aldrick Robinson or Mo Massaquoi their offense would be unstoppable! |

Half the guys you listed are not any more athletic than Lloyd, Edelman, and Welker. Jason Avant? Really? _________________

Mo Massaqoui made me giggle. The guy ran a 4.66 40 and he's more athletic than Brandon Lloyd and Julian Edelman. |

Brandon Lloyd and Julian Edelman are more athletic than a lot of those guys, Welker's route running and toughness makes up for his height and athleticism. _________________
