Not the worst luck I've seen. |
Add in John Brent with the incident who was key player in our D-line rotation with J-rat missing like more than half the season with injuries. _________________

Thanks for proving my point. | Packers...
Derek Sherrod - out entire season, IR (would have been starting LT)
Bryan Bulaga - out about half of the season, IR (starting RT)
TJ Lang - out a couple games (starting LG)
Desmond Bishop - out entire season, IR (starting ILB)
DJ Smith - out most of the season, IR (Bishop's backup)
Clay Matthews- out for about a quarter of the season (starting OLB)
Nick Perry- out for most of the season, IR (starting OLB)
Nick Collins - career ending injury prior to season (starting FS)
Charles Woodson - out for about half of the season (starting CB)
Davon House - out for about a quarter of the season (backup CB)
Sam Shields - out for about a quarter of the season (starting CB)
Jordy Nelson - missed 3 games thus far (starting WR)
Greg Jennings - out for most of the season (starting WR)
oh wait, there's more...
Cedric Benson - out for most of the season, IR (starting RB)
James Starks - out for most of the season, IR (backup RB)
CJ Wilson - out for a these last 3 games or so (starting DE)
Mike Neal - never healthy, ever (backup DE)
Andrew Quarless - out for most of the season, IR (backup TE)
Brandon Saine - out for most of the season, IR (backup RB)
So the team we fielded yesterday is indeed the Green Bay Packers, the Packes, minus their starting LT, RT, LG, ILB, both OLB's, FS, CB, WR, RB, and DE. Perhaps, its too late to continue to lament Collins' career ending injury. But we've lost not just good, but great players throughout this season. We haven't played a single game where we resembled a healthy Packers team. Not to mention we should be 10-3. _________________

| I had a really bad break in my left pinky when I was playing Jr ball. I was 18 or 19. Knuckle was completely ruptured and needed surgery, I taped it to the next finger and played that way for the whole year, it's not really much harder to catch, but when blocking or getting hit it hurt like a ****** and made the injury worse. Had the surgery in the offseason and it took forever to heal, years later its still not 100% and is really fragile. Still have to tape it when I play. |

Finally, it seemed as if Dez has finally been able to turn that so called "corner" which is really good for him, and even greater for the Cowboys.. and then he ends up breaking a finger, and other than a QB, a broken finger in my opinion hampers a WR more than any other position. _________________

Every team has injuries and I don't like to compare this teams injuries vs that team or who has it worse.. boo hoo.
But this is the worst season of injuries for the Cowboys since I started watching them back in 1975.. crazy.. |

Steelers
Big Ben (weird rib injury) 3 games
Trow Polamalu (Calf Muscle Tear) out most of season
Ike Taylor (Broken Ankle 3-6 weeks) ugh
David Decastro (Knee Injury) out most of the season
Byron Leftwich (rib injury) still never seen a grown man before injur himself three different ways.
Antonio Brown (ankle injury) missed atleast 4 games
James Harrison (nagging Knee) been slowed pretty much all season
Lamarr Woodley (Calf injury) pretty much all season
we should be at minimum 9-4 _________________

Just for the sake of who has a smaller D.
Eagles, I'll just do offense:
Vick
McCoy
Jackson (1/2 season)
Peters (Season)
Herremans (3/4 season)
Kelce (season)
Watkins
Avant - only out a game or 2
Maclin - think he has only missed a game this year.
So pretty much the only starter still in from day one on the o-line is Evan Mathis and some of our backups have gotten hurt as well. Combine that with the fact that our skill positions have been ravaged as well, and you have one poopy offense. _________________

Well, that sounds pretty final to me. Looks like he is in vs the Steelers. |

My fantasy team respects Dez' toughness.
I can't afford Dez to be out as well as Gronk. We are down to the final four. _________________
