Yeah, he does. And for a long time in his career, it was a serious problem. He's only started to get it cleaned up. Everyone knows this and would tell you his propensity to turn the ball over was one of the biggest reasons they were so down on him for so long.
Seems like the rule more than the exception for Eli. Only one year as a full-time starter with less than 16 turnovers.
Again there is a reason why he has a CAREER Touchdown/Turnover ratio that's worse than Vick. It's not just a one or two year problem. It's something that's plagued Eli his whole career
And again there are other QBs who turn the ball over more than Vick as well like the Jay Cutler's of the world
Not saying Vick is elite because he's better than those guys but his problems are overstated by repetition as the problems some of those other guys have is not brought up nearly as much

And you think that a 33-35 year old Michael Vick will be as productive on the ground with those old legs?
The unique thing about Vick's athleticism was the unprecedented level of speed he had at the position. He was a 4.33 guy. So even with 2 lost steps at 35 years old, Vick could still be more athletic and at worse just as athletic as a Russell Wilson is right now. It's not like a 4.55 guy losing a couple steps. Vick losing a couple steps becomes a 4.55 guy.

The Eagles were 3-6 with him this year. What a difference maker!
Redskins were 3-6 at one point this season to. With the Eagles easy schedule on paper to finish the season there could have been a turnaround. And I love how you just cherry pick that one sample size and dont look at the above .500 record his entire career in both Atlanta and Philly giving every team he's ever been on a legit chance to be in the playoff hunt down the last couple weeks of the season despite how poor some of those teams were without him. Even Matt Schaub 0-2.
