I'm starting to come around on Russell Wilson. He has intangibles through the roof, and I don't think there's any more doubts about the quality of his arm.
Plus, the fact that Carroll has built basically the perfect style of offense for him doesn't hurt. _________________

The kid can play, no doubt. There's a reason I've been talking about and betting them like a top 5 team the last six weeks or so. |

Pete Carroll has improved as a coach since he was last in the NFL. Awesome for him. _________________

Last year Brandon Bolden...this year Zach Sudfeld! |

I don't know that that's true at all. I'm not saying he hasn't learned a few things along the way, but I don't see his success with Seattle as a reflection of an improvement as much as a situation which is a much better fit for him. |

Right now the entire NFL [with the possible exception of the Vikings] is breathing a sigh of relief that the Seahawks will almost certainly be a wild card team regardless of this game's outcome. _________________

Much different team at home versus on the road. Their home field advantage is better than Denver's. |

| Maybe the 49ers just aren't as good as some make them out to be. Still a top 5 team, but I don't think I'd have them as the Super Bowl favorites out of the NFC right now. |

Me neither. Shame the Patriots let the early game snowball last week, but they just can't seem to shake their problems with defending the deep ball. |

| If that was a Pats safety it would have been both a TD and a defensive pass interference |
