I dont see how people can argue for Dennis Allen to come back. I see nothing in him that he can lead us to a super bowl in the future. But I would like to hear what people think why he should keep his job
What do you think?
My opinion:
The truth is that Reggie hired a coach who wasn't ready to be a head coach in the NFL. He should be a Defensive Coordinator at this point and had a proven track record of success before becoming a head coach.

How many Al Davis 1 and done seasons do you people need to see to get through your heads it doesn't work?
You don't hire a coach, give him 1 season and fire him. You build no system. You build no consistency.
A coach deserves 3 years to install his system, with his type of players before he can be judged fairly.
The team is playing hard, he hasn't lost them.
You don't hire a coach and win in 1 season with type talent. It's not logical.
Do I want another 10 years of Al Davis philosophy? No.

I don't think he'll be our HC two years from now, he doesn't seem to have the passion or leadership and will never have enough talent to save his job. We're rebuilding whether they admit it or not and because of that I expect the next few seasons to be losing seasons.
The only reason I'd say he should go is because he honestly has no balls. He doesn't go for it on 4th much and is way too conservative for my liking.
Does he deserve to be fired? No.
If we could get a better coach to replace him I wouldn't lose sleep though.

A lack of talent in the NFL is a excuse. This team has outcoached and outplayed in every game except vs the Chiefs

this pos has to grow a pair and start going for it on 4th and goal. Every damn week he settles for 3 when we're inside the 5. Vs Atl/Jax/KC/Car/Baltimore. This is my only beef with him.

It's impossible for any of us to answer that question. And Reggie isn't going to can him after 1 year with a talentless roster.

The problem is we can't punch it in on 1st 2nd or 3rd. Honestly we need to figure something out on goal line. |

So you don't have the talent to execute properly, but they are being out coached in your mind?
yeah.....okay. You have to have talent to coach. Many rookie HCs looked terrible until they landed proper talent.
