Just had to post this draft that I saw and wanted comments on it if we walked away with this I would be beyond happy
http://ibnsportswrap.com/article.php?articleID=316#
(yes this is Incarcerated Bob's site but since its just a mock draft figured I would post it.)
Would like a pass rusher but would have no problem starting with this.
1. Star Lotulelei
2. Eddie Lacy
3.Tyler Bray
4. Tyron Mattheiu
But wanted to make this thread to have people post the best drafts they have seen out there.

That would be terrible, honestly. We have zero need for Star. He is a 3-4 DE. _________________

Looking at Value he would be a huge value pick, only other person available I would want is Jones. |

Sure, he would be great value, but he would never be a starter for us. _________________

Dline is one of the best places to have great depth and rotation. |

Am I missing something... I thought star was a NT/DT with this same size a Nagata...? People think ellis is ready, but he's proven nothing. DeVito is gone. I think at #9 it would be a great value pick. Just depends on what OLB is available.
With that thought, if he's available at #9 I'd be SHOCKED if someone didn't trade up for him. |

Star isn't a NT.... he's 310 lbs, he's a 3/4 DE/DT and reminds me of Glenn Dorsey, which isnt a compliment
We dont need Star AT ALL.... we signed garay to back up ellis. I think going Star in the 1st is DUMB |

But you don't spend the #9 pick on a guy projected to be a rotational/depth player.

He's smaller than Ngata, not as strong and not as quick. He's a great prospect, but he's not Ngata. _________________ “You don’t burn out from going too fast. You burn out from going too slow and getting bored.”

If you rate Star as highly as most do (iI don't) and he falls to 9 you have to take him. You're all being too narrow minded about our defensive scheme. A player like Star is similar to what we already have in Wilkerson, capable of playing the 5 tech, in three man fronts (and can move to the middle on passing down situations) and in a four man front can pretty much line up at any of the 4 spots across the line (not saying he should play outside, but he can). You have to admit that a 4 man front with Wilkerson and another stud draft pick inside with Coples on the outside is pretty damn scary.
I'm definitely not agreeing with the pick because I'm not the biggest fan of Star, just defending the logic of taking that kind of player that high. _________________

If he is such amazing value at 9, then we should trade the pick. We would be able to get a nice package in return. _________________
