| This isn't shocking. Gailey has done a pretty bad job in his stint as head coach. I honestly have no idea who the Bills decide to hire after him though. This should be interesting to see unfold. |

I was surprised when they hired him in the first place. Not like he has been successful all over the place. _________________

We stood behind him, but in the end he just didnt call good games and his undying loyalty to Fitzpatrick sealed his fate. _________________

There has been rumors that Jon Gruden visited the team last week.
Not sure how much I believe it. And I doubt it happens. _________________

Chan could never think of enough ways to turn his best players into decoys. As a disgruntled Georgia Tech fan, I find his NFL failure hilarious. No offense to Bills fans. _________________

Obviously it comes down to the style and preferences of the candidate, but it wouldn't surprise me if some quality coach showed an interest in the Bills. Bills were picked widely to make the playoffs this year because of the talent they have.
I don't think the general consensus is that the talent on the Bills was overestimated. If anything people didn't realize how good Spiller would turn out or how successfully Cordy Glenn would fit in at LT.
So you've got a team that has talent, has another year with a high draft position to add to it, and is widely believed to have suffered from bad coaching. Sounds like the perfect position to jump into if you want to add to your legacy.
Seems like a lot of people would think the Bills would be one of the easiest teams to make a major turnaround with and take credit for the process. |

I really want Gus Bradley or Mike Zimmer though | Its a pretty safe bet that Lovie isn't going anywhere that doesn't have a good QB already in place. _________________
