Well we want to switch to a 4-3 and this especially means that we are letting Anthony Spencer go in FA so he should be the most sought out defensive player in Free Agency this offseason.

Replace Connor with Ernie Sims. He played pretty damn good and he definately played way better than Connor.

Considering he (Rex) just promoted his long-time DB coach to DC, I doubt Rob's going to be completely keen on coming in as a positional coach when he could likely get hired on as a outright DC.
