Colts VP of Football Operations Tom Telesco was named the new GM of the Chargers which might mean that Bruce Arians is the front runner to be the new head coach.

Great for Mr. Telesco.

He was always a tremendous asset behind the scenes for this franchise, and I am excited for him to move forward with the next journey of his football career.

Pagano had only great things to say about working with him this season.

Congrats to Telesco. Don't see him bringing Arians on as coach though. I can't see Arians being a coach anywhere in 2013.

I've been hearing that Arians to San Diego is the last possible HC opportunity that he would likely pursue.

It's going to be very interesting as the job search continues.
