1. Kansas City Chiefs - Luke Joeckel OT Texas A&M
Brandon Albert is a FA and won't be back. KC can get a QB in the 2nd round.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars - Damontre Moore DE/OLB Texas A&M
Remember a guy that came out of A&M a couple of years ago and plays the same position, drafted in the same slot...what's his name? Oh yeah, Von Miller. He's pretty good huh?
3. Oakland Raiders - Chance Warmack OG Alabama
Commitment to Excellence...3 National Championships in 4 years is pretty excellent right?
4. Philadelphia Eagles - Star Lotulelei DT Utah
Fletcher Cox last year, and Lotulelei this year. Nice to not have to worry about your interior D-Line for the next 10 years. Cullen Jenkins is getting too long in the tooth.
5. Detroit Lions - Jarvis Jones OLB Georgia
Jones, Justin Durant, and Stephen Tulloch form a pretty solid linebacking corps for the next 5 years to deal with AP, and Matt Forte.
6. Cleveland Browns - Dee Milliner CB Alabama
Probably a reach here, but wouldn't it be nice to see Milliner opposite of Joe Haden?
7. Arizona Cardinals - Johnathan Hankins DT Ohio State
Dan Williams just isn't cutting it and wasn't worth the pick 3 years ago. QB can be addressed in the 2nd round.
8. Buffalo Bills - Barkevious Mingo DE LSU
Explanation really necessary? Future star opposite Mario Williams to replace Shawne Merriman. 'Nuff said.
9. NY Jets - Johnathan Cooper OG North Carolina
More help is need on the O Line than the D Line, plus, Cooper won't be the cause of any "Butt Fumbles"!
10. Tennessee Titans - Manti Te'o ILB Notre Dame
Again, pairing with Ayers and Brown to form solid front 7 when facing MJD and Arian Foster 4 times a year.
11. San Diego Chargers - Alec Ogletree ILB Georgia
Takeo Spikes is entering his 128th season, and Demorrio Williams isn't the answer. Youth on defense continues to be what the Chargers try to build on.
12. Miami Dolphins - Bjoern Werner DE Florida State
This lets Jared Odrick move back to his natural DT position, and gives the Dolphins someone to compliment Cameron Wake.
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Kenny Vaccaro S Texas
Playmaker to pair with Mark Barron. Ronde Barber is done.
14. Carolina Panthers - Sylvester Williams DT North Carolina
Hometown kid to add to the mix with Charles Johnson and "The Kraken" Greg Hardy. With Beason returning next season, the Panthers front 7 will be pretty formidable with Williams.
15. New Orleans Saints - Dion Jordan DE Oregon
Saints D was pourous this season. Will Smith's age and the need to put someone opposite Cameron Jordan will fuel the need for this pick. The Jordan's will be keys to containing Cam Newton and putting pressure on Matt Ryan for the next decade.
16. St Louis Rams - Johnathan Jenkins DT Georgia
The final piece to the D Line the Rams need. Lookout NFC West.
17. Pittsburgh Steelers - Ezekiel Ansah DE BYU
Let's be honest, how much more does Brett Kiesel have left in the tank? Best player available.
18. Dallas Cowboys - Sam Montgomery DE LSU
With the Cowboys more than likely switching to a 4-3 defense, they need a pure pass rusher. Not bad to be able to get Montgomery at this spot.
19. NY Giants - Johnathan Banks CB Mississippi St
Ginats need secondary help badly. Banks will be able to start right away.
20. Chicago Bears - Eric Fisher OT Central Michigan
O Line is undoubtedly the Bears biggest need this offseason. They draft Fisher to play RT to help bookend with either Branden Albert or Ryan Clady whom they sign in free agency.
21. Cincinnati Bengals - Keenan Allen WR California
Playmaker opposite AJ Green. Opposing defense's only have to key on Green, limiting Dalton with receiving options. With Sanu in the slot, the Bengals have a good, young WR corps.
22. St Louis Rams (via Washington) - Tyler Eiffert TE Notre Dame
The Rams young WR's were a pleasent surprise. A weapon and security blanket at TE could be what Sam Bradford needs to make the next step in his progression.
23. Minnesota Vikings - Geno Smith QB West Virginia
Christian Ponder is question, not the answer. The Vikings find that answer.
24. Indianapolis Colts - Cordarrelle Patterson WR Tennessee
Andrew Luck gets another weapon to stretch the field opposite Reggie wayne.
25. Baltimore Ravens* - Kawann Short DT Purdue
Nose tackle of the future for the Ravens.
26. Green Bay Packers* - Eric Reid S LSU
With Charles Woodson getting older, the Packers find his replacement and a playmaker in Reid.
27. Houston Texans* - Justin Hunter WR Tennessee
Finally the Texans get help at WR opposite Andre Johnson.
28. Atlanta Falcons* - Zach Ertz TE Stanford
The Falcons find the future replacement for Tony Gonzalez.
29. New England Patriots* - Barrett Jones C Alabama
New England finds their center of the future.
30. San Francisco 49ers* - Tavon Austin WR West Virginia
San Francisco finds a new weapon with the reitrement of Moss and Manningham rehabbing his knee, as well as a special teams monster.
31. Seattle Seahawks* - Robert Woods WR USC
Pete Carroll dips into his USC background and takes Woods to team with Rice and Tate. Russell Wilson gets another weapon.
32. Denver Broncos* - Matt Elam S Florida
Broncos have been looking for a hard hitting safety since Steve Atwater and John Lynch. They've found him.[/url] |

| Only way the pick could be worse for the Vikings is if it was a RB. |

Ansah would need to add a lot more weight to be a good fit at DE for the Steelers. _________________

| Ansah is 6'6" 273 lbs. Kiesel is 6'5" 285 lbs. How much more does he need? |

No. Eww.
We have Hilton and Avery to stretch the field. We don't need an Avery clone. If we go WR in the first it has to be a big, physical, #1 guy. Not another #2 or slot guy.
Elam there, no question. _________________

I like Allen, but as I have said in other mocks, the only way we go WR in the first at this point is by addressing +our other needs in free agency. We have 55mil in cap space, which will be spent retaining our top young defenders, so I doubt we end up going WR. That said, Allen and Green in the WCO would be fun to watch. _________________

The guy I would want instead of Allen is gone, so I'm fine with that pick. _________________ 2013 Draft Needs: RB, Safety. Maybe RT and backup LBs |

.... That's why we have Cam Heyward, who we just drafted in round 1 in 2011? _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |

100% agree, and to have no QB's prior to pick 23 is equally as laughable, teams are always going to take a QB early if they need a QB early even if the QB isn't that great. _________________ Gnat's Movie Reviews

No faith in Sanu or Jones? If we want to improve the offense, get Barret Jones there and give Dalton a pocket. _________________
