I am on the fence with this one.
On one hand the Dallas D did exactly have a banner year

On the other hand they had to overcome some injuries to their LB corp not to mention the Dallas turn-over machine (aka Tony Romo). Furthermore, the lack of any kind of running game didn't exactly do the Dallas D any favors either. |

My opinion is if Rob Ryan is hired is that the play calling will stay about the same. Rob will be doing much more of the defensive game plan during the week allowing Fisher to concentrate on other important things during the week and during the game.
Main thing is that Rob's defensive philosophy is similar to Fisher's. |
