Timmons not being on either team is a joke. Even Jerod Mayo got more votes than Lawrence Timmons |

The man issue is he is banged up and not as explosive as he was before the Miami game. During the 2nd half of that game, he hurt his shoulder and did the same against the Patriots. |
Again, the arugment isnt what he can do with/without Willis. It's that he has an insane amount of talent around him. Larry Grant played like an All-Pro in that unit. _________________

To be fair, Mayo had a really good year. But yes, Timmons should be on the team, I don't know how old man London made it. |

Mayo might have had a good year, but Timmons' was far better. |

Antonio Cromartie got snubbed. Mo Wilkerson didn't even get a single vote? _________________

Why doesn't FF do one? I'm sure it would be way better, at the very least more discussion. |

We usually do because the Associated Press usually messes up the Award Votes, the All-Pro teams and the world just messes up the Pro BOwl. _________________

I guess we will never find out, but I'm willing to bet he'd be elite regardless of the talent around him. Arguably the best coverage ILB, and great speed/awareness. _________________

Why is it such a joke that Manning made it over Rodgers? Their numbers were pretty similar.
I do find it pretty insulting to Rodgers and Brady though that they got so few votes. It should have been much closer. _________________

Evan Mathis nearly made the team!! He had 5 votes, Mankins had 7. Mathis actually deserved to be an all-pro this year IMO because guard position seems rather weak right now, he certainly should have made it over Mankins. _________________

Because Rodgers has 4 more total touchdowns, 1 less turnover, and only 200 less total yards despite playing behind a terrible offensive line and missing lots of his weapons...
I'm not saying Manning was deserving of not votes but the media clearly had it stuck in their minds that they "wronged" Peyton by thinking he couldn't come back. Conversely those who were "right" in thinking he'd be back are simultaneously thumping their chests. It creates an amalgamation of Peyton vote givers for the wrong reasons. _________________

All Pros - check | The All-Pro is so much better than the pro bowl. There will always be guys who had awesome years that weren't fortunate enough to make it in, but at least with All-pro you end up with a list a very deserving individuals. _________________

If Chad Greenway is an OLB, then Mayo is an OLB. And if Mayo had gotten the same number of votes at OLB that he did at ILB, then he would have made the second team. _________________ Shut up, NBT |
