Hmm. Shocked that Rick Dennison isn't on the list. Would of thought his ties to the QB/WR in Chi-town would of got him into the 2nd round... _________________

Would love to see the Bears hire Trestman, he is a great guy and an even better coach. I also have a spot in my heart for the Bears so this would be great. _________________

Sounds like the Texans' offense against the Pats, actually. _________________

With the Bears O-line issues? Arians would be the worst possible choice.
He would kill Cutler then say, "Well...it worked with Ben, what's the problem?" _________________

Heard that Sullivan had a great interview, surprised he didn't get a second. Unless he did and it wasn't announced. Don't want him out of Tampa but seems interesting. _________________

Losing both Bevell and Bradley in one off season would be interesting for Seattle. _________________

This is exactly why I didn't want him SD.
Rivers has already taking a beating under a stubborn coach who refuse to adapt. |

Marc Trestman's teams are always prepared. They won't get beat cause they are outcoached, only cause the other team was more talented.
Please take him outta the CFL, Bears. I like my Argos winning every year, we can't always be that talented.
But yeah as a previous poster said. He is a QB guru. Can push Jay's game up alot. _________________

The main thing about being an HC is not just about X's and O's. The main thing is whether or not the canidate is a leader, and is organized, also how well they can deligate (ability to spot good coordinators/assistants).
That said Bevell seems more like a "yes man". He doesn't exude leadership, but he actually seemed like a good X and O's type of guy after the reigns were lifted. He's very creative, even going back to the T-Jack era. His play calling has been progressively getting better, and more creative. |
