One might consider the fact that he hasn't done anything prison worthy? |
On April 12, 2011 Britt was arrested in New Jersey on three counts(including a felony) following an alleged car chase with police. The charges were later reduced. |
You bolded the wrong part. FIFY
He's simply been catching a lot of smaller charges, which while is bad for his professional career, isn't going to land him in prison. At this point, though, I still think it's smart of the Titans to just cut ties with him and chalk it up to a bad pick. Just not worth the trouble. |
Well, at least he's been catching something. _________________

He said he hadn't done anything prison worthy. Charges later reduced or not, it was prison worthy. _________________

Even if he is cooperating, the Titans and the NFL need to take action. If they can suspend Ben for putting himself in bad situations then Britt should be suspended as well. Nine incidents with law enforcement since entering the NFL is ridiculous.
I think it is time the Titans move on from him like how they did with Pacman. If they do, do you think they will heavily target one of the big name FA WRs? _________________

Astonishes me how this guy isn't suspended yet. He's a detriment to the league. How many run-in's will it take for Goodell to set an example here? _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |

It's like Britt doesn't want a high paid NFL job. _________________

Every day, I am thankful that Jerry Reese drafted Hakeem Nicks over this clown.
The phrase "million dollar talent, ten cent head" might not even be applicable to Britt anymore. Who knows how his knees will hold up after all of the injuries he's sustained. _________________

He's had (and blown) his chances just like Pacman though. He clearly doesn't get it. Who to kick it with, how to conduct himself, what to associate himself with. I'd be done with this guy if he was on my team. |

So what did he actually do? If he doesnt wanna talk to the cops he doesnt have to. No prove of anything, people overreacting. No way he gets suspended _________________
