This is like the perfect hire for both 4-3 and 3-4 supporters. Laughing He runs a derivative of both.

We already have our "LEO" in Andre Branch, at least thats where he should be playing.

I like it. Does this mean Tyson moves to DE now? Hope Gus does bring the "Leo" element with him.

OC- Hue Jackson
DC - Ken Norton jr.

Keep dreaming Cool. He is going to become the DC of the Seahawks Wink

@ryanohalloran: Another possible name for #Jaguars DC would be Florida DC Dan Quinn..

Dan Quinn - DC
Ken Whisenhunt - OC

Norton is also one of Pete's former coaches from USC and is my personal favourite to replace Bradley as a DC (if Pete wants to promote somebody from within).

Dan Quinn was really good in the 1 year that he was on the Seahawks (2010). He worked wonders with our D-Lineman.

Love the move. Wanted him from the get-go.

Curious who he brings in to run the offense.

I would like it if he brought the mix of a 4-3, 3-4 defense. I really like that, but apparently he is bringing a tampa 2.

Not a fan of the tampa 2.

Heard he'd bring a mix of everything he's learned.

Just wanted to drop by and say I like the move. Wonder how this impacts the draft, especially for us as we pick right after you. We definitely need help on D so this could affect us too.

I'm going to just drop this here for anyone interested in scheme.

http://www.fieldgulls.com/football-breakdowns

Lots and lots of info about the types of things that the Seahawks did on defense to be found there. Hopefully he brings a lot of the stuff that they did over the past few years here.

He just signed with Cleveland. The report broke like 5 minutes ago that they made it official.
