According to reports, the deal is being finalized right now.
Really surprised they didn't wait to interview Roman.
Can't say I'm even close to being disappointed though. He did a fantastic turn around of that defense. The actions of some members of that secondary aside, they have a killer instinct on that defense that is really exciting.

DC for Seattle. Over the last 4 years, he's turned that defense from bad to the #1 defense in the league this past season.
Lots of credit due to Pete Carroll and that front office, but impressing nonetheless.

We already have our "LEO" in Andre Branch, at least thats where he should be playing.

Gus Bradley is a hardcore Tampa-2 coach. The 4-3 Under D (with the LEO formation) is 100% Pete Carroll.
I expect Bradley to run a Tampa-2 inspired defense. Luckily you have a lot of defensive talent for him to work with.
I wasn't a big fan of him as the DC on the Seahawks, but hopefully he will be better now that he has 100% freedom (Parts of his issues could have come down to not being compatible with what Pete Carroll wanted to do).
He is a great players coach though and has the potential to be a great HC. I'll keep a close watch on the Jags.
