Good hire IMO. Not a good hc but has been a good oc throughout his career. Charger fans will come in and call it a dumb hire but he will help that offense. _________________

Did not expect that given I have never seen a former coach go to work under one of his former positional coaches. It's a good hire for them, Browns are on the rise. _________________

That's a good hire, Cleveland fans should be happy. He is a very good OC not a good HC. _________________

History would tell us that if Trent Richardson stays healthy in 2013 he should have a huge year. I hope so. _________________ Never looking back, or too far in front of me.

Good hire. Now you just need a good DC. _________________

| Good hire since Cleveland actually has an offensive line.....so they won't have to worry about Norv not adjusting. |

All he has to do now is call plays. We'll see this season with Cleveland and wherever Cameron ends up if that offensive scheme is just too dated to be successful anymore.
I hope Cleveland has a decent offensive line cause without that caveat Norv's offense is a train wreck. _________________

I'm pretty sure they have a legit o-line.
