Yeah. He had a very serious leg injury for the 49ers two years ago and still led us in receptions with 48 last year eventhough he wasn't 100%. Despite all of our injuries amongst the wr group, our starting TE and most versatile and fastest RB we still had a successful year on offense.
I hope we re-sign Fred and the rest of the guys get more healthy for next year. If they do, we will be even more explosive and unstoppable on offense. _________________

With what is going on this past season and how the future looks, I think that Fred Davis will resign.
If he does not sign, then we dont need him if he doesnt want to ride this out. _________________

Thanks Man I did not know this
It explains alot as his explosiveness didn't seem to be there, but he was pretty reliable when it did go to him. Tough dude playing a season with an injury then fixing it.
Having him back healthy will be just another dimension we will be adding to an already dangerous Offense if we can return Full-Strength _________________
