You cannot make everyone happy. The year I did it, we got Jamarcus and Calvin Johnson. People were still mad. (I understand in hindsight, but Jamarcus Russell was the premier QB that year).
Just do your thing, let the staff help and even though you may not go the way of a certain staff memeber, consider their opinion at the very mininum.

OK. . .Prob about time for JTagg to create his GM page, formalize his positions, make his trading block, solicit other teams and create a private network of communication amongst his team. My advice is to find a place for Oak too he's not a whackadoo who can't see past his passion.
