Yup all this is true. As for players lets use the one titled "CAP" so C7 in this instance, because this way everyone has a row and its less confusing.

KP had played 35 of 36 possible games in 2010 and 2011 combined. He's had two major injuries in five seasons. I know that if both hit the open market, KP is going to be seeing a higher annual salary than MartyB. I understand that KP is considered a luxury after the emergence of Stevie Brown, but I think he would be good value at the franchise tag next year.

If not dont we need to wait until it actually starts before we begin to discuss?
I know we got "in trouble" last year for doing some of the same things

to the best of my knowledge this is there is no rule on that and this is what was said in the discussion thread:

We haven't given out any positions, haven't started a war-room, and none of us have been acting in an official capacity. We've just been discussing FFMD and our future involvement. No real stratagy in there. Just an open discussion on the franchise tag, but since there is no votes I can't say its in an official capacity.
But I agree, better safe then sorry. Lets not talk about anything other then our potential future involvement in FFMD, until everything is sorted out.

Would the trade candidate in DC not be referred to as DC-B7? That way it gives us the specific cell of the player?

That or using the "2013 CAP" as reference for players, since very player has a row there.

Also, a lot of the moves that can be made can go in the offseason link. Better safe than sorry about the rules. ALOT of cry babies from other teams. It is offseason talk on what we like to see anyway correct?? 
oh and I say we make several trades and clear cap this season so we can have a little more fun. We play a little frugal since we're always in the cap limit.

Yes, but a lot of the guys up on the block have a much lower cap hit then they do base salary.

Definitely in agreement re trades, although I think TB14 could still offer us something, and he isn't eating up much cap space.
That said however this is a pretty deep draft at that position
