Whatever you do, don't be the "cap specialist". Every time a move was made last year, our GM had already done my job for me. I was disappointed at how pointless the position was. _________________

I don't remember exactly when I quit, but it really was a pointless position throughout whichever parts I participated in. You even eluded to such when you remarked that our forum had gone without a cap specialist for several years. (I think that was you)
I wasn't seriously trying to discourage him, and it doesn't sound as if I did. _________________

Who's going to be the Rams GM? I really don't want a person from another forum to run this team.
I would sign up but I work pretty much every day. I wouldn't be fully into the action like I would in the past. _________________

Can I nominate someone? If so, then IRams gets my bid. He's active, interested, and most importantly, is more than capable of taking into account the opinions/wishes of a broad spectrum of fans on this forum. He gets my nomination, if he accepts it. _________________

I'm fine with iRams if he's down. I just don't have the time and energy to run it this year either. J.R.S., if you're interested, I'd be happy to have you run it....seriously. _________________

Roughly how much time needs to be invested? Perhaps IRams and I could take the GM and Head Coach positions and learn the process together. I'm assuming that you and Chris00cm would still be taking positions?
I am in Grad School right now, which binds a good deal of my time, but I'm obviously still able to be active on the forum.
Hey wait.....it's me and IRams that make a habit out of posting after consuming adult beverages isn't it? That could get interesting. _________________

I could see it now. You guys pounding a couple/a lot of brews and giving Dahl a 5 year $50M deal. _________________

That would be more like after two barrels of moonshine, 5 hits of high grade LSD, 3 grams of meth, and an inexplicable conversion into becoming a SeaHawks fan for me to ever re-sign Dahl to the Rams. _________________
