I think if he was hired on as an OC under a coach like McCarthy that runs the offense he would do just fine. He isn't a game day play caller IMO.....or one to be the "passing game" coordinator.
Or as an OL coach/Assistant HC as he took.

It's a good hire. Even though his offense was awful here, injuries ravaged the team most of the season. He's a good offensive line coach.

Great hire.
Sparano wasn't much of a head coach or an offensive coordinator, but he can still be a hell of an offensive line coach.

Now the question is what will happen to guys like Brisiel and Bergstrom who were signed and drafted last year to play in a ZBS.

They adjust to the PBS or get cut or traded.

finding 2 guards is something you can do with late young picks and low level FA. |
