I'll believe it when he holds a press conference guaranteeing a Superbowl.

Is he a good DC? I never really paid attention to the teams he coached for. Is he living off his name more than him being an actual good DC? Someone give me some input here.

Get ready. It's in 5 minutes

and It's for real this time. He and the Rams have been talking and interviewing for a week.

i have always liked RR. I feel he is at least an above average DC. Coaching for Dallas is a lost cause. He will bounce back strong for the Rams.

I thought this happened last week, to be honest. Did they just interview him before, and it was made a big deal?

As long as he doesn't get cute, he'll have a hell of a young D to work with.

Can't be worse than having no DC, I guess.

With Rob Ryan, I think pass rushers and LBs. He has Dunbar, Laurenitis, Long and Quinn. Could be a ridiculous grouping.

Not really. The teams he have been DC have never had a winning record, 8-8 is best. But under Jeff Fisher he might be forced into just making his defense more simple.

He can be creative but his defense scheme is so complex that our players.were lost more than half the time. Confused at what personnel is needed and more often than not players looking around to find out what there assignment was.
