Kaepernick.
For some reason, I just see his dual threat ability being too much for the Ravens. I still see a close game, though. _________________

Kaepernick or Flacco depends which team wins.
Unless someone on either team has some outstanding stats. |

Its a QBs award. So either Kaepernick or Flacco.
but, I'd love to see Randy Moss win it! _________________

Well some of the past few MVPs were WRs (Hines, Santonio) so it's not impossible for Randy to get it if he goes back into his prime for the game. |

I do think that this can happen this year more than any other year of late. Lots of big names on defense this Super Bowl
49ers - Aldon and Justin Smith, Patrick Willis, Carlos Rogers
Ravens - Lewis, Suggs, Reed, Ngata
Only thing though is that this post-season their has been a lot of points scored by both these teams despite them being regarded as defensive teams by when considering their physicality. _________________

true, but the media loves QBs, and it continues to grow every single year.
Just like the MVP, I imagine in a few years the number one requirement will be you have to play the quarterback position. _________________

I think Ray wins it. Making him a two time MVP correct? I think he goes off and gets 10+ tackles and maybe a fumble recovery. I don't see this as a high scoring game so I think they will be forced to give it to a defender. _________________

If the Ravens win and Lewis racks up irrelevant tackles but has a bunch of them, he will probably get it. There will be more deserving players though.
If the Niners win, it will probably go to either Kaepernick or Gore. I could see a defensive player getting it if they have a game changing play or TD, but tough to picture that. Shoot, maybe Patrick Willis gets it as the final passing of the torch between him and Lewis . _________________
