1. Chance warmack
2. Barrett Jones
Resign Gosder Cherilus
Offensive line looks like this
LT: Riley Reiff
LG: Chance Warmack
C: Barrett Jones
RG: Rob Sims
RT: Gosder Cherilus
Boom now we got an offensive line that is the best in the league and better than the 49ers.
With this oline we would have no excuse for not being able to run. And Stafford should have all day.
This is what I would do if I was gm. What do you guys like and dislike about these moves? |

Nothing to dislike there. As long as Gosder's willing to return to a reasonable salary, I'd love it.
The only downside is we're kinda neglecting our defense again, but hopefully our offense could finally carry our team, like Mayhew's been trying to make happen now since he's been in charge. _________________ Are you getting Ziggy with it? |

Why move Sims? Otherwise, I don't dislike anything about it. _________________

We could be dominant running to the left. _________________ Are you getting Ziggy with it? |

Wouldn't care either way. Just figured warmack being the 5th pick in the draft would instantly come in as a dominant left guard for the next 10 years. |

Sims isn't a slouch in that department either, and I was thinking more about cohesiveness than anything else... He's been there, he's played very well, etc. I guess the cohesiveness argument wouldn't really matter if Reiff took over at LT, however. Plus, and I'm not sure this actually holds any water... I've always sort of assumed you want a little more emphasis on pass blocking along the left, and a little more emphasis on running on the right. I have no proof or anything, but I think most running plays in football end up going off the right side of center, don't they?
I mean, whatever though. I'd love that line, and I don't think which side those guards play on will make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things. I'd be really happy with something like this, my point was just asking for a bit of reasoning for the move, and your answer more than suffices. _________________

| i dont think anyone would mind this, i just think if we could trade down alittle would make it that much better. Then can just hit D the rest of the draft, maybe throw a wr in there some where. |

I'd be very excited if things worked out like that. You won't get an argument from me. _________________

They're not going to be able to fix everything in one year. _________________

As long as they commit to fixing one thing I am fine with it. _________________

I would be very pleased if things went that way.
Would make Sims our oldest OL at 29.
QB: Stafford
RB: LeShoure/Bell/???
LT: Riley Reiff
LG: Chance Warmack
C: Barrett Jones
RG: Rob Sims
RT: Gosder Cherilus
TE: Pettigrew/Scheffler
WR: Johnson
WR: ????
We need a Best type player and another WR (Hopefully Burleson/Broyles/Thomas can do something)
Just wouldn't have a defense. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Just wouldn't have a defense. | why would we really need a Best type rb behind that line? I guess im assuming u taking a rb early? with that line id wouldnt worry about rb as much as i would a safety. |

We could add a RB later on. It would just be a nice change of pace and give us some more options on the offensive side. I doubt Leshoure or Bell will have a problem running with that line. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Anyone think they could let Gosder leave via FA and resign Fox to play RT and keep the draft the same? _________________ Its only a matter of time until Hockey Town USA is rocking again!
