And yeah, Hart is looking like a mid first rounder for sure. |
He won't make it that far. |
Right. Which is why I said there wouldn't be any great prospects at that position past the first round...... |
Right so, take the elite player, at the position we have the greatest need first? and double back for the other position at the end of the 1st? win/win |
Are you saying you want Owen Hart at 2?
PS someone PM the iPwn info |
Yes, then get a Matt Hardy, Goldberg, John Cena later in the round. _________________

Matt Hardy is far too overvalued on this site to fall to our next selection _________________

Good, then give me an equal value in Goldberg. _________________

Not a fan of Hart at 2.
Seems like a reach. _________________

I mean either way you look at it, we are going to fix the 2 areas of need in the first 2 picks, going Owen Hart, makes everything come together. _________________

If Owen Hart is as good as we think he can be, it won't be a reach. Look at a player at the same position that was viewed as a reach last year from Kevin Nash's school. _________________

That Sean Smith selection is probably the biggest reach I've seen in FFMD "live" (with hindsight Duke Robinson at #32 was pretty bad). I remember the Saints took him because they didn't have another selection until the fourth round so they just took the guy they liked the most and knew they couldn't get without a second round selection lolz
Even all this aside doe, I think by April Owen Hart will go pretty high. A lot have him going high now, even (though not #2 high obviously) _________________

I'm fine with the new trade. Free cap space and he won't be the answer for the future anyway.
And Owen Hart is definitely worth a top pick. Highest upside of anyone in this draft and he fits our scheme perfectly. Then we can hopefully get John Cena or Sabu with the next pick. _________________

Owen Hart @ 2 is rediculous, I understand liking a prospect and taking a chance, but let's get real. Just look @ the guys stats, and I know stats aren't everything, but come on. It's not like teams where game planning to stop him, they couldn't there was to much talent on the field with him. He was rarely doubled and still didn't put up numbers, nor change games. _________________ 2nd place in Jaguars forum USJJC 2012

Stats don't tell how he was used incorrectly every game until the last game...If you look at the position, how he plays it, he fits what we need, and is in every way worth the pick, if you are evaluating him, and not the box score. _________________

Yep and I think once the more people do research and see the fit with Hart they will start mocking him to us.
To piggyback on what Sabo is saying... he was asked to play contain a ton. Stay in his lane and not let any mobile qbs outside of the pocket. He was let out of his cage in the bowl game and he caused havoc all game. _________________

I get all that, but why not got with the best of both worlds? Maria Kanellis is a boss, with a much higher floor. Not to mention the guy was double and triple teamed on most plays and still dominated. At the end of the day this is your show I'm just along for the ride. Just wanted to put in my two cents, and I am pretty hammered.

I'm talking as in seen as reaches at the time. At the time, Peria Jerry went where people thought he should. Duke Robinson with hindsight was much worse. At least Jerry has done SOMETHING. _________________
