Just to let everyone know, Jacksonville offered us their 5th for Thurmond and I think that's fair compensation. We have Sherman and Browner as our starters with Lane and Maxwell as up-and-coming starters as it looks now. Thurmond is certainly a nice player but he's not nearly as valuable to us as someone in that early 5th round could be. | He's also far and away our best nickel. |
Perhaps, but by what standards? I mean, the sample size isn't exactly big and it's not as if the injury questions aren't lingering. I think an early 5th is fine value, seriously ask yourself how much you think we'd get in a real trade for Thurmond. I'd be damn happy with an early 5th. | Meh, to each their own. I might vote yes on it just to get things rolling, but I think that's a steal for the Jags |
It might be good value for the Jags, but we have the depth at corner to allow us to move him.
With that said, we'll take a vote and see where everyone else stands.
Yes - 2(?)
No - 0 |
I'm a bit hesitant, but I'll say yes. 5th rounder seems fair enough. _________________

Hes big/fast as HELL should we move up for him?? Votes? |
No. If he's there in late 5th maybe and we don't have one yet maybe but there is so many prospects ahead I'd prefer. Don't reach for this player. He's really not that big.
Their college system is all smoke and misdirection. I know we are using read option but not a fan. |

Percy Harvin is tempting, but I veto. He would be too spendy.
DEFINTIELY NO to the Okung trade. We absolutely need him.
Im not sure we all are talking about the same person in AI7. If we all are talking about the same guy, I dont know much about him, but if SoS wants him, im in. _________________ Trying is the first step towards failure

Would also like very much to have the player code doc.
Only 1 response to the Okung trade...that's good! Les'see, you trade him for 2 1sts, put Carp @ LT, & draft a project or hope you can find an all-pro FA!? Not! We need to FIX/solidify the OL, not start the re-build all over again. _________________ "We have met the enemy & he is us."- Pogo |

I'd be willing to draft him 2 rounds prior to what you have his projection listed at. _________________
