Joeckel is the only T I'd use a 1st rounder on...Not that other players aren't worth it, I just think he will be special at LT.
IMO Fisher is a JV clone so no to that. Joeckel is worth moving JV to RT but not Fisher. If Joeckel and Star were gone LB Jones or QB Smith if no trade down.
The DE's are too light in the rear for me to spend a 1st on them without trading down. I doubt Long will drop that far. Raw but huge potiential with Long.
If we did trade down and wanted a Tackle then I'd want to see how far Chris Faulk falls.
EDIT and if Smith doesn't look franchise and Jones isn't healthy per DR's then I'd jump on the Warmack bandwagon.  |

I agree with most of this post. I would only move Veldheer for Joeckel.
I'm not as high on Star, I think he is a 34 DE and not a true NT. If you want a NT: Jesse Williams or Brandon Williams.
If trading down isn't possible, Demontre Moore, despite his charge of possession (hopefully McKenzie would overlook it). Jordan Mills is the RT I'm intrigued by after the Senior Bowl (along with everyone else).

Moore didn't impress me in the Bowl game. I wonder if his stats are hot/cold meaning he dominates some and does nothing vs others, but the stats look good overall...
If we're keep Houston at RDE then Star is our UT. When Bryant is there then NT but Bryant will see time at RDE if resigned and Carter if resigned is pass rush specialist. We'd still need a NT but we would have a plugger and we might move to a 3-4 so he'd be a DE then... |

Putting too much faith into CBS Sports. Lattimore won't be drafted if he can't perform at the Combine. His injury was devastating.
