My obligations at work will probably keep me from being a more significant contributor but I'd love to be a scout!

I can try to be active, but having a specific position probably isn't best for me. To be honest, I don't know this draft class all that well, probably because we don't have a first rounder. I guess I'll be something like the Director of Player Personnel. I don't mind looking at trade options (Revis?) with other teams.

Honestly, making the FA list sounds like something turtle would be more interested in, considering he pretty much does it in every thread. Laughing I'll make up my own position: Director of Keeping Track of Bathroom Breaks. Description: Keep clipboard listing times for when you can go to the bathroom. Position accepted!

Seriously, though, I'm not fully committed due to work and real-world stuff. I guess I'll just chip in my 2 cents when wanted.

Ok...I'll do it.

Sign me up for Offensive Coordinator.

I've got a good feel for what we need there.
I will try my best, to be on as often as possible.

I will also consider trade options for K. Cousins, if I feel the trade is appropriate and acceptable according to my value. But I will keep him here, if the offers are not fair...
The offer would have to be VERY NICE....

QB RG3, RB Alfred Morris, LT Trent Williams & WR Pierre Garcon are UNTRADEABLE. They are Franchise players, imo. Can't get them at ANY COST!

All other Offensive Players are tradeable at the right price, of course...

The Players in Blue below, are the Offensive Players I intend to play for the Washington Redskins for the 2013 season.

Robinson, Keenan

PUP:

Jamaal Brown=sorry...he's gone

Reserve/Suspended by Commissioner:

Jordan Black
Tanard Jackson

Not with the Team:

Kentwan Balmer

Team Needs:
FS
SS
CB
ILB
RT
WR

These may change based on free agency and possible trades.

TRADE BLOCK:

Coming Soon

Current Free Agent List:

QB Rex Grossman UFA
FB Darrel Young RFA
WR Brandon Banks RFA
TE Chris Cooley UFA
TE Fred Davis UFA
TE Logan Paulsen RFA
P Sav Rocca UFA
OT Jordan Black UFA
OT Tyler Polumbus UFA
OG Kory Lichtensteiger UFA
OL Nick Sundberg RFA
DL Chris Baker RFA
DL Kentwan Balmer UFA
DL Kedric Golston UFA
LB Lorenzo Alexander UFA
LB Robert Jackson UFA
LB Chris Wilson UFA
CB Cedric Griffin UFA
SS Madieu Williams UFA
FS Tanard Jackson UFA

I plan on getting a TRUE #1, to pair with Garcon
Hankerson or Morgan aren't ready for starters role, and Moss at his age will remain at a #3 or #4.

I plan to look to FA for this Position (WR)
I plan to look for my RT with the 2nd or 3rd round pick, (obviously depending what the GM,Coaches want there as well)

I do not plan to draft a WR high in this draft.
Maybe in the later rds?

Here are my main targets in order of importance

RT=Draft
#1 WR=FA (maybe take a shot at one in later rds?)

maybe a RB, depending on Helu's status=draft but late
maybe a QB, depending on a Cousins trade=doubtful, but you never know.
if so...no earlier than 5th rd.

Summary: I don't plan on being active in FA on the offensive side of the ball.
with the exception to a #1 or very good #2 WR
Maybe some depth on the O-Line/RT although I would rather draft my O-Line
Maybe trading Cousins if I can strike an exceptionable deal. But only if it's VERY good...?

I want to keep the team together on otherwise...Keep the cohesion we have built on Offense.
I like the main pieces we have so far...

Just remember that I make the final decisions on trades and draft picks. I will take the consensus into account, but I am going to what is best for the team. I have no problem with you going out and looking for trades, but they have to be approved by me, and if I am not available for some reason, then daboyle.

ace, what I need from you is a list of what players you are going to want to keep, what players you want to see about trade value for, and get that list to turtle. He is going to then scour the free agent lists and see if we can find better value for cheaper cost.

Secondly, I am going to try and fill our needs with the BPA in the draft. Pending on how trades go out and what not, I have an idea of certain players that I think that we should target, but I want you to put together a big board for the draft of players at each position, including QB, that you would like to see on the offense and shoot that to me and daboyle.

I have assessed our needs currently to be:

FS
SS
CB
ILB
RT
WR

OK mike23.
I will put together a list & PM it to you & turtle.

Offense
---------------------------
Redskins players I want to retain, resign or not cut(UFA/RFA)

Then I will present a list of offensive players in the League who are FA, I am interested in.
As well as a list of those, I might be interested in trading for.

Then last, I will have a list of those Offensive players in the draft, I would be interested in drafting and adding to our Offensive arsenal. (in order from gotta have..really want bad at the top on down.

I will try to make the lists, short and to the point.
