1st pick in montgomery is great for the Falcons. D-line is our biggest need and should be addressed where it's strongest.
The 2nd round pick in safety is as bad as the 1st round pick is good.
We have absolutely no need at S as we have 2 top 10 safety's on the team already. Both our starting SS and FS went to the pro bowl while neither are even fan favorites or known much from other fans so it had to be on coach and player vote mostly. Neither are going anywhere any time soon.
CB is a position we are loaded with talent at as well and shouldn't need in the 1st 4 rounds. Our secondary is really good overall actually.
Here is a list of needs for us for you to use from now on in the 1st 4 rounds or so.
DE - Biggest need in the draft. Our secondary can't cover for 8 seconds every play it's not fair to them.
DT - We need a big run stuffing DT that can also play a 3-4 NT spot for when we switch to our hybrid 3-4 defense nolan likes to run.
RB - Turner is done and Quizz is a good compliment guy and spot starter. But we need a stud for him to share the load with.
TE - Gonzo might come back for 1 more year which would be sweet. But this draft is super deep in the 2nd to 4th round at TE and thats where we should grab one even if Gonzo stays for next year. Don't go to early here the value just isn't worth it.
RG - We could possibly use a RG if Konz takes over for Mcclure at Center. Not a massive need but could be looked at if the value is there like a Barret Jones in the 1st if all the good D-lineman are gone.
LB - Either a top notch SLB or MLB could be looked at to upgrade Nicholas or Dent if the value is there like a Ogletree, Teo, Chase Thomas, or Arthur in the 1st 2 rounds but are not major needs as the top 4. _________________

| God awful for the Jets. I think Radio City would be set ablaze if the Jets took a guard at 9 (even if it is Warmack). Also, the jets brought in Mornhinweg, which means they need to rely less on the run game, which means they won't go RB until at least the third. Have a lot more pressing needs. |

No thanks. The Packers already had a player much like him (Atari Bigby), and the Packers couldn't get him out of town quick enough. Manti Te'o [ILB; Notre Dame] is pretty good value there, but ultimately I'd probably take either Barrett Jones [OG/C; Alabama] or Tyler Eifert [TE; Notre Dame] if we couldn't trade down. |
He's not even close to Atari Bigby, AT ALL.. Bigby was a stiff one dimensional player. Elam plays all over the field with a lot of swagger and makes plays. He's probably our best option at replacing what Woodson does for us _________________

Dont want an OG at 9 but that's just me. Would rather Werner, Jordon or Mingo seeing as though you have no trade downs. _________________

Byrd will not be going anywhere so taking a Saftey in rd 2 is a bit early when we still have glaring needs at QB WR and CB. Love the Jones pick in rd 1 he is the guy I want. _________________

Solid first round pick but I'd prefer Richardson because its a bigger need. Great 2nd round pick. _________________

Good Vikings draft. There are still a lot of players available in the 2nd that I would like. Brown is nice, but I would rather have a Williams, ether Terrance or Sylvester. _________________

Not a fan of Mingo for the Dolphins but Ertz and Woods . Would rather take Tank Carradine later on than Mingo. |
