Anquan Boldin just told me he will RETIRE if he is cut by the Ravens. They will be his last team. #NFL #Profootballtalk

I suppose this means he will be willing to agree to a pay-cut if the Ravens ask him what he prefers, pay-cut or release.

Boldin still has it; maybe he's settled in really well into Baltimore? Probably doesn't want to have to uproot everything and start over.

I think he just wouldn't be able to follow his favorite baseball team as closely.

Is he really a cut consideration? I thought he's been playing well.

Or is he just getting paid too much?

He'll likely by restructured/extended. Just in the last year of his deal with a relatively large cap number.

Still a good WR. I hope he doesn't quit if Baltimore cuts ties with him.

If uprooting & relocating is a huge reason why, he will retire rather than play for other teams.
And Baltimore still cuts him.

Then the Redskins become a huge possibility.
They play in Landover, Maryland.

Anquan Boldin & Pierre Garcon wouldn't be fair.

Yea, in reality.

Philly
Pittsburgh
Washington
and possibly all 3 NY teams could be possibilities.

May as well throw Carolina in there as well.

Just like Jimmy Graham is going to retire when Drew Brees does. Money will change his mind. But i can't see the Ravens cutting him this year

I was thinking the same thing. He's 32 coming off 3 800 yard seasons in a row.

He's still got some tread on the tires, and if retirement becomes a reality, I bet he changes his tune.

He's going to be extended. There's nothing more to see here.
