Unless if Hankins is clearly the bpa on their big board, there is no way they take a DT. Plus Sheldon Richardson is still on the board if you wanna go DT

Id rather have Patterson over Richardson. I think Kevin Williams returns, and I would like to see what Christian Ballard has to offer before he gets thrown aside. He made some strides to the point where a young UT may not be needed. The Vikings true need is at the one technique DT spot, someone who can occupy double teams and shut down the run.

Patterson is great fit for the Vikings system, and has nice potential as a big play threat.

Truthfully im not really sure at all what to think about this pick

MLB isn't exactly a huge need for us although Dent can for sure be upgraded. To me this pick would probably be a pick i would only make if we already picked up a good DE and DT or TE in FA.
