Looks like the Packers are in prime position to draft Leon Sandcastle. _________________

Really? I know he has declined he isnt that bad. Tramon on the other hand is overpaid or he wasnt 100% on the field _________________

Charles Woodson was probably one of the best free agent pick ups in Packer history, best of luck to him wherever he ends up going. Glad we got him that ring. _________________

Woodson's definitely going to get signed quickly. The guy is turning 37 in October but is still a solid player. _________________ I bought one of those tapes to teach you Spanish in your sleep. During the night, the tape skipped. Now I can only stutter in Spanish.

He's really not though, and this coming from a huge fan of the guy. He has tremendous ball skills and instincts all around, however he's simply to slow now in the middle part of the field and has a horrible habit of grabbing WR's and TE's and giving up easy penalties. I'm sure whoever signs him will get a few good games out of him, but I don't know if it's worth all the negatives he comes with at this point. I hate to say it, but I think hes pretty much done. _________________

Like mentioned above, no he's not. He's the Ray Lewis of defensive backs. He's ineffective and only for a locker room/motivational purpose now. _________________

I still think the Packers might just have cut him and try and resign him at a cheaper deal. He wasn't worth 9m/year anymore, but I don't see why we wouldn't sign him for a few million if he wants to keep playing. _________________

I bet we float an offer to him.
He will do his due diligence in checking out other offers and then weight them all. My guess is it would take significantly more money + a contender to sign with someone else IF WE EXTENDED an offer. |
