Te'o wouldnt surprise, given that Rick Spielman seems to like drafting Notre Dame players. However, I dont see Te'o as a particularly strong fit at MLB for the Vikings scheme. Alec Ogletree, would be a much better fit but I suspect that he wont be on the Vikings round one draft board.
I'd rather have DeAndre Hopkins, but this is a reasonable pick. A solid one. _________________

Def. don't see it as a good pick for the Falcons
Don't see how any secondary position is a need for us when we have so many other positions that are actually a need to choose from.
Assante, Robinson, Grimes, McClain, and Owens are a great group of CB's that are atleast good enough for another 3 to 4 years. Then you add in William Moore and Thomas Decoud as our Safety duo and our secondary is probably one of the top 3 to 5 in the nfl in total. Even if we don't bring Grimes back thats 4 really solid to good CB's.
The big problem is we can't get any pressure on the QB giving him like 5 to 7 seconds to throw the ball each time. I don't care how great a secondary is with the new rules that much time will kill you.
If you really wanted to help our pass defense out then you would be looking for a great LB who can cover TE's and RB's.
Arthur Brown at LB, John Jenkins at DT, Alex Okafer at DE would all be much better picks for us at actual positions of need. _________________

couldn't agree more. our secondary is fine esp if we retain Willy Mo which i expect we do. hopefully we re-sign Grimes and give Robinson the boot. Grimes/Samuel/McClain/DeCoud/Moore is a solid secondary. We need pass rush and/or an OLB to compliment Spoon |

Judging by what's available I have no beefs with the best CB to pair with future shutdown CB Srephon Gilmore.
Keep going for round 2, our top needs are LB / QB / WR |

The kid insists on the chiefs drafting Geno but hasn't put much thought into it. Albert is probably gone via FA. Even if he isn't, he will eventually slide to RT and Joeckel will be LT. Plus chiefs GM has said he doesn't see any of the QBs as even a first round pick. So why waste a first round pick to reach for a quarterback? Granted it is their biggest need, but there are Matt Flynn and Alex smith are options and a QB in the second or third makes more sense. Geno won't come in day one and take the team to playoffs like Luck or RG3...
But I agree. Absolute amazing Giants pick. I would be stoked if Richardson fell to us. |

With this board, i agree 100%. The only way we would go DE in the first is if we lose MJohnson in free agency AND evry other BPA at a positional need were gone. In this year's draft, i don't see that happening. _________________

| Love the pick for the Vikings. Te'o isn't just a fantastic linebacker, he's a strong and emotional leader, something the Vikings desperately need on defense. |
