| Like Okofar for the Falcons, but I'm not really sure about Dallas Thomas. The value is there, but it's not really a position of need. |

Not a huge fan of the first pick for the niners, but love the second _________________

Switch Datone Jones for Short and I'd be a happy 49ers fan _________________

Sharrif Floyd holds too much value there. Can't pass him up. I'm not a fan of Mingo _________________

Elam in the 2nd is awesome, but like DJ Swearinger a lot better for what the Panthers do. |
Elam, Swearinger, and Cyprien all make sense there, honestly I'd go with Cyprien, but any of the three work.
Agreed about round 1 though. Floyd is a no-brainer pick there. _________________

Sharif Floyd would be a nice DT for a team that runs a 4/3 D not a 3/4 NT. In the Steelers Scheme he would play DE at 6'3 305. We have no need to draft another DE in the fist round. Hood and Heyward were the other 2. DE would be a luxury pick at this time for a Steelers team that has a lot of holes in other areas. A pick we couldn't afford to make. In no order OLB, NT, S, RB, WR, ILB, TE and even back up QB are more of a need than DE. |
I agree. Floyd is not a good fit.
I like Williams in the second. Or Hunter if they go WR in that round. _________________

For the eagles
I like Jenkins though | I agree with this.
Although if we do OT in the 1st, I like Fisher better than Joeckel. And if it is a NT in the 2nd, I love Jenkins there. Good pick. _________________

I really like Cyprien to the Pats, and don't necessarily think that the first is too early for him, but I definitely want to wait to see what kind of combine numbers he puts up.
I also am not confident with the Patriots taking a safety early anymore. It all depends on McCourty and Tavon Wilson, along with Dennard and Talib. |

Thats the same problem i had as well Beeper. We all know Dimitroff drafts based on needs and although i give him credit he usually tries to get bpa at a need.
Pear i need to ask ya bro do you see Thomas as a really good RG in the nfl? If you say yes then i can be ok with the pick based on your mind thinking that way. If not then the pick is not good for us and is not a need for the Falcons really.
I like Okafer in the 1st thats a fine pick although i personally might have gone Teo. John Jenkins or Arthur brown there but im fine with DE, NT, or OLB. Won't hear a complaint from me on any of them.
How would you feel about a Teo/Brown/Jenkins 1st pick then follow it up with maybe a tank carradine pick? _________________

| No on the Alex Okafor pick... not in the first round at least. Maybe in the 2nd or 3rd round. |

I can get on board with Milliner because him and Gilmour would be amazing. But just plain NO on Barkley. He doesn't have the arm strength for Buffalo, Wilson, Manuel or Nassib would be the pick there. _________________

I agree. Just was editing a post saying the same thing. You forgot to add that USC QBs are not very successful in the NFL |

Second round is much better. |
Man I was stumped on who to give you guys there with Ansah, Richardson, Floyd and Mingo off the board. Who do you take? Ogletree? Banks? |
Ogletree or Rhodes IMO. I would even be okay with Jones. Baas and Snee having surgery with Beatty and Boothe FA... Jones might be a reach but his versatility would be useful |

Williams isn't a fit in GB. He's a strict NT in the 3-4 and Raji is an absolute beast that's capable of taking nearly all the snaps. I'm not a huge fan of Frederick personally. Don't think he will be a good C at the next level and our guard situation is pretty good. We just have to pray Sherrod is a solid LT and our line will look a lot better as a whole. Especially if we find a competent full-time back in this draft. _________________

Okafor ok for the Falcons in the 1st, seems to be the consensus pick. OT in the 2nd isn't really in the cards. This is where you should see a DT, TE, LB, or CB. _________________ "If you think weakness can be turned into a strength. I hate to tell you this, but that's another weakness." Jack Handey |
