If they didn't pay a lot which I imagine they didn't, I really like the move. I think picking up star veterans at a bargain is the best way to approach free agency. Might get a really good player on the field. At the worst get a good locker room guys without paying much. _________________

We were always gonna sign one of the veteran safeties out there. Wilson would have been second on my wish list - after Woodson but before Reed. Relatively happy with the move, depending on money of course.
Veteran leadership on a short deal are usually the best deals in FA. _________________

Not bad, although he is an average at best player these days.
Still, the leadership he'll bring is the best part. _________________

3 year deal seems pretty long for a guy who has slowed down like Wilson has. Still will provide something. _________________

Would've much rather had Kerry Rhodes tbh. Wilson might be a solid veteran presence but Rhodes has a lot more left in the tank and has been the better player the last couple of years. _________________

With Abraham and Washington, maybe we've filled our ex-Jet quota. _________________

Kind of similar to when they signed Rodney Harrison. Wilson can still be a solid player in the right role, i think the Pats are a good fit for him. Id guess he probably stands a decent change of getting a ring. _________________

If Wilson turns into half the player Harrison was for us in the early part of the millennium, I will be more than happy with the signing. _________________
