Let the Vikings to Seahawks pipeline continue. Laughing

The fit would be interesting since the Seahawks seem to prefer tall CBs.

Interesting, wonder if this move is in response to SF signing Asomugha. Need to one up them.

He would be a perfect fit for the Seahawks nickle corner spot.

Well we do need a guy who can play in the slot and Thurmond III is always hurt.

I'm just gonna say it... Seattle has already won the Super Bowl if they get Winfield, too.

How much does Winfield have left in the tank? Don't recall hearing about him or seeing him at all last year. But ya, the Seahawks need someone else at Nickle. Thurmond is AWESOME when on the field (better than Browner IMO) but simply can't stay on it. A real pity.

Don't see 49ers taking the division. I think we get one of the wildcards.

Winfield is a popular option as a nickel corner in the Seahawks forum. He fits the criteria to the dot.

Cos Russell Wilson is immune to a Sophomore Slump? Sherman will maintain his consistency like all CB's? All the FA's will work out and not create a 'Dream Team' scenario? Cos the Seahawks will stay healthy all season? Cos they always have elite draft classes?

Yeah, too many unanswered questions to crown them just yet. Remember, the Eagles were going to win the SB in 2012.
