According to his sister via twitter.
Quote:
So my brother just signed with the Oakland Raiders. Once a Dallas Cowboy, now a Raider. I guess I'm jumping on the bandwagon.

Good solid signing, interested in seeing if Jenkins could regain his 09 form.

Hoping a scheme change does him some good.

If healthy, he is sadly our best DB. Laughing

And to think the rumors last year were that the Colts were considering trading for him but the Cowboys wouldn't budge. We traded for Vontae Davis soon afterwards and now he enters free agency and neither team wanted him.

Solid signing. Porter and Jenkins aren't great but should make a solid duo.

His 09' form when Sidney Rice made him look like garbage?! IMO he was never that great. He isn't strong enough..

It's still weird to me that news regarding players is broken via family members' twitter accounts.

But, good luck to him. Hopefully a change of scenery works out for him. The Raiders could certainly use him. I really hope they can rebuild and turn things around.

The Raiders desperately need CB help, Jenkins is underrated, but that doesn't mean he's any good Laughing

Jenkins certainly has talent, something the Raiders are sorely lacking. Should be a starter there. Good choice for Jenkins too, has a chance to turn around his career.

Good enough to where if we could get a pass rush, we are literally fine at CB and don't need anyone else. Hanson can be the slot guy where he performed well and Adams is nice depth who played very nice towards the end of the season last year.

Certainly good enough. Both are ball-hawk type CBs, so they will get some interceptions if the Raiders can muster up a pass rush worth a damn. I don't know if the Raiders will find a way to stop offenses this season aside from turnovers, and it seems like the Raiders FO thinks so too.

Both guys have a ton of upside and flashed some huge potential in the NFL... if even one pans out and stay with the Raiders long-term, they are good signings. I think one of Jenkins or Porter will turn around their career. They're both too talented not too, to be honest.
