Is Matt Leinart that bad?

Quinn is bad too but he's probably camp fodder at this point of his career.

They worked out both him and David Garrard and chose to sign Garrard who didn't play since 2010.

Leinart is older than Quinn. He's really nothing special. If you surround him by a ton of talent, he could be a decent game manager imo. But thats it.

I don't understand how players this bad can stay on depth charts for years and years. No other position on a football team can do that. Blah worthless back ups.
