Lions can't afford to trade up to #1 - even in this draft.

Miami is likely yo trade for Brandon Albert, eliminating the need to draft one of the 3 LT's

Rams won't need to trade up for Cyprien and definitely won't take Lacy at 22 after his Pro Day

New England are the most likely team to trade down of all 32 teams and you have them staying put.

I don't see the Bengals trading up, but Vacarro is a fit.

I dont really agree with tomralphs statement of new england being the most likely team out of the 32 to trade down becuase in all likely hood i think theres bout 10-15 teams that would but new england are likely to be a team thats intrested in doing so that aside im fine with Teo for the Ravens.

All good points.

It was very tough to do, as I was looking to predict trades, and imo i think there'll be a ton of them from about midway thru the first onwards, as teams jockey a few spots up (only costing late rounder) to nab a player from another team, type trades.

What do they say about mock drafts and opinions? Laughing

If not Lacy for Rams, J.Franklin. Really think they'll take their top rated HB with their 2nd 1st.

Bad Vikings draft, they move up that high to get a WR, not going to happen with the depth at the position, and they don't need a slot WR to replace Harvin, both Jarius Wright (who was solid in the time Harvin missed last year) and Jennings can play the slot position if need be, the Vikings need at WR is a bigger bodied WR. It isn't a move that fits what Spielman does though, yes, he goes out and gets who he wants, but he isn't going to send away too many draft picks because he loves his draft picks and sees value in the 2nd round and later rounds, so any move for the Vikings up would be from 17-20 at the most because that could be done with a third or a third+, don't expect the Vikings to move up much though.

In that mock, Vikings do trade down with Browns, to let them take Manuel. It'll be an early 2nd, and probably a 3rd or 4th out of it.

It's a given the Browns panic and jump back into the mid-20's to take a QB. They have done that so often (also giving up on their QB for another QB....McCoy, Quinn, etc, so Weeden).

Geno to the Jags is a bad pick, regardless of what anyone wants to say.

Im ok with the Vikes moving up but not that far and not for a player they dont need. I would trade up for Star or Richardson but at #15 to NO...they need a 2nd RDer (obviously).

If we trade up Im good with a trade back to early 2nd RD..alot of very good options will be available and we could get an early 3rd plus.

I wonder if he knows that the braintrusts that have done that are all gone. The moves have inevitably costs them their jobs.

In V1.0 I had Vikings taking EJ Manuel at the lower pick (because there's grumblings about Ponder). But IF Vikings trade up that high for a WR, then Spielman probably trades the other back down to recollect picks in the 2nd/3rd where there's a ton of talent.

As for Browns...good point, they probably ride Weeden another year. But I see someone trading back into the mid-20's for Manuel, and someone trading up into the late 30's for Barkley...before other teams get a shot at them at the top of the 2nd.

Also, I was looking for trades where inter-conference teams look to trade, to jump ahead of teams in their own division....there's a lot of those grouped together there. Bunch of NFC South teams together. Bunch of NFC East teams. Etc.
